This is the first poster that was assigned by my teacher. My group made a  poster promoting the non-existent  Chinese dumpling festival  held in our school. At first, I didn’t know any of the group members so it was a little awkward but ended up working with all of them together, getting feedback from each member, and incorporating all of their ideas to make this poster.  I was the group leader in this project and contributed my own ideas into the flyer that was assigned, along with asking others in my group about their ideas and inputs. I asked about what color the flyer should be, any good suggestions, fonts, etc. We all brainstormed about flyers we got from the past such as flyers from restaurants or even events that took place in our school, such as buy out tickets that were posted around our classroom walls. On the third page, (decision making in teams), I suggested Choice #1: we should make a poster about the Chinese new year dumpling festival and listed the ways on how we could get this done. I told them we could use Photoshop or adobe illustrator and also listed the pros and cons of this idea. The second choice were flyers and the third choice were TV ads. My group and I demonstrated a lot of teamwork skills and everyone had their great input in this project.
